Jacky woke up and her beautiful blue eyes fluttered open. The other horses hovered over her with curiosity. She sat there, still wondering if she was really seeing this or if it was just a dream. The strange red hut she was in was real. The bedding was real. She carefully stood up and gazed at all the horses in front of her. Then, she and the horses heard a loud whistle. They whirled around, started to another end of the prison and broke into a gallop. They whinnied happily at something. Then they were out of sight. The black gelding screamed at her, as if saying, "C'mon! Let's go!" Jacky ran after him at a fast canter. Then, when they were both out of breath, her eyes widened. She'd never seen a creature like this. It had two legs, a strange mane on its head, and wore colorful cloth. It slowly opened a moving peice of fence. He opened his mouth and said, "Let's go horses. That grain won't eat itself y'know!" Then he said, "What the," and stared at the mare with big eyes.
Jacky screamed and reared up. He rushed the horses out of the horse prison, closed the gate, and ran. The frightened mare ran down the paddock, "There must be another escape!" she thought.
Galloping she went, to the fence she jumped. Her legs were still sore from running. She gazed out at the trail which she had came from and lived in secretly for so many years. The was the place she was born in. The place she grew up in. And she was separated from it. Then, she sadly neighed and then started back down to the gate at a slow trot.
